A Notary Public is a qualified lawyer appointed by the Supreme Court of Victoria who is authorised to witness signatures, certify documents, administer oaths, and prepare documents for use in Australia and overseas. It is required for documents being sent to countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, including most European and many Asian countries. We arrange Apostilles on your behalf.

Yes. Radek Dajer is one of only two Polish-speaking notaries in Victoria. He can explain documents, take instructions, and conduct the entire notarial process in Polish. This is particularly valuable for Polish pension documents (ZUS and KRUS), property transactions in Poland, and inheritance matters.
Most appointments take between 15 and 45 minutes depending on the number and complexity of documents. If an Apostille or embassy legalisation is required, this is an additional step that typically takes several business days. We lodge documents with DFAT and the relevant embassy on your behalf.
