Our office is at 435 Nepean Highway, Frankston. Travel times below are approximate and depend on traffic.
- By train: Frankston station, a short walk from our office, is on the same line as Mentone, Parkdale, Mordialloc, Aspendale, Edithvale, Chelsea, Bonbeach, Carrum and Seaford.
- Chelsea, Edithvale and Carrum: about 10 to 15 minutes by car via the Nepean Highway.
- Mordialloc, Parkdale and Mentone: about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Patterson Lakes and Waterways: about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Parking: Wilson Parking at 453 Nepean Highway, street parking on the Nepean Highway, and the car parks at McDonald’s across the road and at Dan Murphy’s. Check the signs for time limits.

Yes. Our office at 435 Nepean Highway is a short walk from Frankston station, at the end of the Frankston line.
Yes. We witness signatures of directors and officers and certify copies of company records. Bring a current ASIC extract and evidence of the signatory’s authority, such as a board resolution. Some countries also ask the notary to confirm the company’s standing, which needs searches before the appointment.
We can notarise the declarations and powers of attorney that the lawyer or notary handling the estate overseas asks for. We advise on Victorian law, not the law of the other country, so ask the overseas lawyer to send the required wording.
Most appointments take less than an hour. If the documents need an apostille, DFAT’s processing adds further time, especially in busy periods such as the end of the year.
