- Berwick and Narre Warren: about 30 to 35 minutes via EastLink.
- Clyde, Clyde North and Pakenham: allow 30 to 45 minutes.
- Parking: Wilson Parking at 453 Nepean Highway, street parking on the Nepean Highway, and the car parks at McDonald’s across the road and at Dan Murphy’s. Check the signs for time limits.
- Book first: appointments are by arrangement, so the notary is available and your documents have been checked before you arrive.

Government offices overseas often have strict rules about how Australian documents must be certified. Checking those rules before the appointment saves a second trip.
- Certified copies: passports, birth and marriage certificates, police checks and qualifications, certified from the originals.
- Parental consent: declarations by a parent consenting to a child’s passport or travel, where the other country requires one.
- Powers of attorney: for property, bank accounts and family matters in the country you came from.
- Documents in other languages: we can witness your signature on a document written in another language. If you are not comfortable in English or Polish, bring an interpreter.

No. Notarial appointments take place at our Frankston office only. Documents for use overseas must be signed in the notary’s presence, and a certified copy can only be made from the original document.
